Add reverb to your sides without touching the kick or bass. Widen your stereo image or tighten it down to mono at the push of a button. The M/S Station puts all of that in one box, with 16-detent rotary switches throughout for settings you can return to every single time.

Two linkable control sections handle parallel insert processing and M-S encoding on one side, and elliptical EQ plus stereo width on the other. Run them linked for a seamless mastering chain, or remove four internal jumpers to deploy them at separate points in your signal path.

Parallel Inserts — Apply Your Outboard Exactly Where It Counts

The M/S Station's parallel insert section lets you route external processors — EQ, compression, saturation, anything — into the mid or side signal independently, then blend the processed and dry signals together with 16-step precision before the signal is decoded back to stereo. It's the kind of surgical control that used to require a complex patch bay setup and a lot of careful gain staging.

In Blend Split mode, the mid and side signals each get their own blend control, so you can dial in exactly how much of your compressor is hitting the center without any of it bleeding into the wider stereo field. The blend happens inside the M-S domain — before decoding — keeping phase relationships tight and mono compatibility intact.

Elliptical EQ, Width Control, and Full Cue Monitoring

The Elliptical EQ sums everything below a selectable crossover frequency — up to 302Hz across 16 steps — to mono, focusing your low end and eliminating the phase issues that cause problems on smaller speakers and club systems. A built-in phase correction filter on the mid channel keeps channel separation clean and accurate throughout.

The Width control takes your stereo image from mono to extra wide in precise increments, and the passive cue section lets you monitor the left, right, mid, or side signal independently at any point in the chain — including the insert return and the elliptical EQ's low-frequency processing.
