At ProAudioReserve, we believe in making your experience as stress-free and fair as possible. This includes offering completely free cancellations before your order ships and a straightforward return policy if your product doesn’t work out.

Order Cancellations (Before Shipment)

If you need to cancel your order before it ships, you may do so at no cost.

  • No cancellation fees
  • No penalties
  • Full refund to your original payment method

Note: Custom or made-to-order items may not be cancelable once production begins. If this applies to your order, it will be clearly noted on the product page.

Returns (After Shipment)

We want you to love what you buy. If your item isn’t right for any reason, we’ll do our best to help. Return eligibility depends on the brand and product type, as most items ship directly from the manufacturer.

Return Policy Overview:

  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery
  • Items must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging
  • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility
  • Restocking fees (20%) may apply depending on the brand or product
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method only

Refund Timing

Once your return is received and inspected by the manufacturer or warehouse, your refund will be processed. This can take up to 30 days depending on processing times.

Shipping Estimates & Delays

Shipping times shown on product pages are estimates based on the latest information from our suppliers and carriers. While we strive for accuracy, delays may occur due to supply chain disruptions, high demand, or production lead times.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged:

  1. Note the damage on any delivery receipt or paperwork.
  2. Take clear photos of the item, box, and any visible product tags or SKU labels.
  3. Email the photos and a short description to support@proaudioreserve.com within 24 hours of delivery.

We will coordinate with the carrier and manufacturer to resolve the issue quickly.

Warranty Coverage

Warranty policies vary by brand. Most items come with a manufacturer warranty, detailed on each product page.

Warranties cover defects due to normal use. Damage not reported within 30 days of delivery is not considered a warranty issue.

Special Offers (e.g., BOGO Promotions)

  • Both items must be returned for a full refund.
  • If only one item is returned, store credit may be offered equal to its standalone value.
  • Once shipped, standard return shipping and restocking fees may apply.

Chargebacks

We are committed to resolving any issue in a fair and timely manner. Please contact us before filing a chargeback.

Filing a chargeback without contacting us first may delay resolution. Fraudulent chargebacks may result in legal action.
