Classic Tone, Modern Build

Inside every TF51 is a carefully curated selection of high-end components: a CK12-style edge-terminated capsule, a Telefunken Elektroakustik 6072A vacuum tube, and the Haufe T31 output transformer—handmade in Germany by the same manufacturer used in the original ELA M 251E. Together, they give the TF51 its unmistakably open, clear sound signature with a touch of vintage sweetness. Built and Matched by Hand in the USA This stereo set includes two sequentially serial-numbered microphones that are matched by hand in Telefunken's Connecticut facility. Each pair is tested for gain and frequency response consistency, ensuring flawless phase coherence and true-to-life stereo capture.
