Reliable 128-Channel MADI Interface with USB Connectivity

The RME MADIface USB is a compact, high-performance interface that connects professional MADI systems to any USB-equipped Mac or Windows computer. With up to 128 channels of I/O, ultra-low jitter via SteadyClock FS, and multiple redundancy modes, it’s built for the reliability demands of studio, broadcast, and live production environments.

Flexible MADI Operation Modes

The MADIface USB offers four distinct modes to adapt to any workflow: Disable TotalMix – Direct input-to-output routing with mirrored outputs, bypassing the internal mixer. 64-Channel Mix – Uses a single MADI input, mirrored to both MADI outputs, with 64 channels displayed in TotalMix. AutoSelect (Seamless Redundancy) – Monitors both MADI inputs and automatically switches to the backup if the active signal fails. 128-Channel Mix – Enables independent routing for both MADI inputs, providing full 128-channel mixing in TotalMix.

Powerful Software Integration

With TotalMix FX, you can route and mix all inputs and playback channels in real time to any output. A dedicated Control Room section offers talkback, main and headphone outputs, fader/mute groups, and full remote control via Mackie or OSC protocols—perfect for complex monitoring setups. DIGICheck audio analysis tools are also included for in-depth metering and diagnostics.
