The Babyface Pro FS covers a serious I/O footprint for its size. Two XLR combo mic/line/instrument inputs with individually switchable 48V phantom power. Two balanced TRS line inputs. Four balanced TRS line outputs. A +19/+4 dBu output level switch on the bottom that protects your monitors and keeps TotalMix faders where they belong: near unity. ADAT optical I/O that expands your system up to 12 inputs and 12 outputs. MIDI I/O via breakout cable.

The two headphone outputs, a 3.5mm TRS (90 mW, 0.1 ohm output impedance) and a 1/4" TRS, each run separate driver stages. Low and high impedance headphones both get what they need, without compromise. This is the kind of detail RME engineers sweat that most manufacturers ignore entirely.
