Antelope Audio Zen Quadro Synergy Core: Flagship Converters. Console Preamps. Your Desk.

Antelope Audio Zen Quadro Synergy Core front panel showing four preamp controls and display

The Same Converters Inside Antelope's Galaxy. In a Box That Runs on USB Power.

Think about what it would take to hear the difference between your recordings and a professional facility's output. A lot of that gap lives in the conversion and the clock. The Zen Quadro Synergy Core closes it in a way few interfaces at any price can claim.

Antelope pulled the AD/DA chips directly from their Galaxy series, which sit at four times the price of the Zen Quadro, and paired them with their 4th Generation 64-bit AFC (Acoustically Focused Clocking) technology. The result is 130 dB of dynamic range on the DA side and 122 dB on conversion, with THD+N at -115 dB and -116 dB respectively. That is not marketing language borrowed from a flagship product. Those are the actual components, in this box, running entirely off USB power. The stereo image opens up. The low end tightens. The high-frequency detail you've been missing in your reference mixes starts showing up in yours.

Four Preamps Built on the Topology of the Consoles That Made the Records You Study

Antelope modeled the Zen Quadro's preamp circuit on the discrete transistor designs of British and American large-format consoles from the eighties and nineties. The 6-transistor discrete topology delivers 75 dB of gain with an EIN of -128 dBu. No transformer coloration, no IC shortcut. Clean, open, and fast enough to handle ribbons and passive dynamics without a cloud amp in the chain.

All four inputs are XLR combo jacks with individually switchable 48V phantom power. The front two double as Hi-Z instrument inputs for direct guitar and bass, with DC-coupled I/O across all inputs and outputs. That DC coupling also means every output on the Zen Quadro can send control voltage directly to Eurorack or modular hardware without a separate CV converter. The ADAT input adds eight channels of digital expansion at 44.1/48 kHz, and S/PDIF handles two more, bringing total input capacity to 14 channels when you have outboard to route in.

Track Through Classic Outboard Emulations in Real Time. Your CPU Stays Out of It.

Synergy Core combines FPGA and DSP chips to model analog hardware at the component level, not the behavioral approximation most software emulations rely on. Where a native plugin models how a piece of gear responds, Synergy Core models what is actually happening inside each transistor and transformer stage. The result is 37 included effects running in real time with near-zero latency: compressors modeled after the FET-A76, VCA160, and Stay-Levin; EQs built on the VEQ-1A and VMEQ-5 circuits; preamp emulations of the Gyraf IX and BA-31; 22 guitar amp and cab models; and the Auraverb reverb as a send effect.

Up to 48 mono effect instances load simultaneously across six input chains. Two USB-C ports run two hosts at the same time: your DAW computer on port one, a phone, tablet, or second machine on port two with OTG support and reverse charging. Standalone operation lets you store routing configurations and run the Zen Quadro without a computer connected at all. Class Compliant mode on macOS and iOS means zero driver installation when you need to move fast.

Shipping & Returns

  • We deliver all US orders in 3–5 business days
  • Free cancellations
  • Returns accepted within 30 days (unused items)

Order Confirmation

Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. This confirms that we have received your order and have pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. After confirming availability with our suppliers, we will proceed accordingly:

  • If your item is available and ready to ship within 1–2 business days, we will process the charge and arrange for shipment.

  • If your item is on backorder or unavailable, the pre-authorization will be voided and you will be notified by email.

  • Please note: While most items ship out within 1–2 business days, total delivery time is typically 3–5 business days, depending on your location and carrier handling.

Order Shipment

If your item is in stock and your payment has been processed, your order will typically ship within 1–2 business days. Total delivery time is approximately 3–5 business days from the date of order. Once shipped, you will receive tracking information at the email address provided during checkout within 24 hours of dispatch.

If you have not received tracking information within 3–5 business days of placing your order, please contact us at support@proaudioreserve.com.

The Distributor-Direct Advantage

To ensure you receive the most recent hardware revisions and 100% factory-sealed units, Pro Audio Reserve utilizes a Distributor-Direct fulfillment model. Unlike big-box retailers that may ship "floor models" or gear that has been sitting in general-purpose warehouses, your equipment is pulled directly from the primary manufacturer hub, serialized, and dispatched. This process ensures the highest level of quality control for professional-grade recording equipment.

Shipping Policy

We currently offer free shipping within the United States only. If the checkout process on our website allows you to enter a shipping address and complete your order, your location is eligible to receive delivery.

Changing Shipping Address

If you need to change your shipping address after your order has been processed or shipped, we will do our best to accommodate the request. Please note that address changes may result in delivery delays. Any additional costs incurred due to address changes, including carrier fees or rerouting charges will be the responsibility of the customer. No exceptions.

Shipping Times

All shipping times provided are estimates and should not be considered guarantees. Most orders ship out within 1–2 business days from the time payment is processed. However, total delivery time is typically 3–5 business days, depending on your location, carrier performance, and supplier fulfillment timelines.

We work closely with our vendors to ensure timely deliveries, but please note that supply chain disruptions, high-demand periods, or weather events may occasionally cause delays beyond our control.

  • To avoid misunderstandings: The “shipping time” refers to the total time from order placement to final delivery, not just when the item leaves the warehouse.

  • Cancellations: If you choose to cancel your order because it has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, you may be responsible for applicable shipping charges, restocking fees, warehouse handling costs, and other related fees.

  • Chargebacks: Customers who initiate chargebacks due to shipping delays without contacting us first may be held legally responsible for losses. We strongly encourage open communication so we can resolve any delivery concerns directly and efficiently via our Atlanta-based support team.

Delivery Options

  • Threshold Shipping: Your item will be delivered to your front door, porch, garage, or a covered entryway.
